Please tell me the most realistic surgical method tailored to my needs. It was implant-free, and only the nasal tip was raised using septal cartilage. I also had alar reduction and osteotomy, so even though it was my first surgery, it was expensive, but during the consultation with the director, I had such a high level of trust that I didn’t feel the money was wasted. It’s a clinic that doesn’t use sleep anesthesia, so you might feel scared, but it really wasn’t scary at all, and of course it didn’t hurt. I even opened my eyes now and then during the surgery. They did tell me to close my eyes because it was dangerous, but I deliberately opened them to check whether the director was doing okay, and he reassured me. It has been exactly 1 year and 1 month now, and I’m very satisfied. It doesn’t show at all and looks natural. No one knows I had nose surgery.
