I decided to get rhinoplasty because I hated how my nose looked wide because of my bulbous nose whenever I took photos or looked in the mirror. For choosing the clinic, I searched around online at several places, and the review photos from Mighty Plastic Surgery Clinic were almost exactly the style I was going for, so I had a consultation right away and got surgery the same day. During the consultation, I liked that they didn’t recommend unnecessary procedures and told me exactly only the procedures I needed. There is only one director here, so I had surgery with Director Park Jung-heum. For me, I had silicone inserted in the nasal bridge, and for the nasal tip, I used autologous costal cartilage. I was worried because of the scar from the autologous costal cartilage, but it doesn’t bother me as much as I thought it would, and since it’s only been a little over a month, I think I’ll need to keep watching it. My nose has also improved a lot in the areas I wanted, but since I’m still in the recovery period, I think I’ll need to keep watching it more.
