I originally had a complex about my nose, so I tried nose filler + a thread lift and alar reduction too, but I didn’t like them.. My nasal tip was blunt, low, and long, and I had a hump. When I had my consultation at Mighty, the consultant was really kind. I went to a lot of consultations, and she was the kindest of them all lol. At other places, if you say you won’t put down a reservation deposit, they completely change lol, but this place wasn’t like that. I also liked that the director seemed to pursue a more natural yet refined look rather than doing an overly dramatic design. Because I had filler, I had it dissolved maybe 2 weeks before surgery. I liked that they explained the surgical order and details carefully. It’s been about 50 days now, and I do think there is still a little residual swelling, but I like the line, and there is definitely something that filler and a nose thread lift just can’t achieve. My satisfaction is high, so if anyone is thinking about it, I think it’s worth going for a consultation.
