I was surprised when I woke up in the morning because there was so much eye discharge.. Compared to yesterday, it feels slightly less hard to open my eyes! It’s frustrating not being able to wash my face... What I did today: Drinking lots of water little by little Applying an ice pack for 5 minutes each in the morning, afternoon, and evening Drinking pumpkin juice Applying the disinfectant the clinic gave me morning and evening Taking some unknown medicine (something about blood circulation..) I kept putting off going for a walk because I was too lazy, but in the evening I did a short walk for about 30 minutes... From tomorrow, I should do it morning and evening
