Since my eyes are difficult, many directors had been a bit sharp with me, but this hospital was kind. However, the director also said that because it is a difficult case, they would only be able to know the cause after making an incision inside. Maybe because I have had surgery several times, they said it would be difficult to achieve exactly the direction I wanted, and they did not give me a definite answer about the surgical result so I am debating whether to do it here or not.
