Since the nasal tip can show through if it's raised, I used autologous dermis from the ear areaFor my nose, I had silicone, septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and autologous dermis / for the paranasal augmentation, I used implantsI worried what if it was too glamorous and didn't suit my face, but I think it turned out appropriately. I also had nostril asymmetry from the front, and this was something other hospitals all said couldn't be improved.
