This is my rhinoplasty review! I had surgery (septal cartilage + custom implant + ear cartilage). My face has prominent cheekbones, my nostrils are not on the large side, and my eyes are rather close-set.. so even though I wanted to raise my nasal bridge, I thought that if my nostrils were reduced, my cheekbones might look more prominent, and my eyes might look even more close-set, so I spent about 2 years just wanting to do it but hesitating I searched through so many reviews and found a few nose reviews that I really liked, and about half of them were from BTO! So I looked up more reviews for this clinic, and most of them had the kind of nose vibe I wanted Maybe the director and I have the same aesthetic goal/// I liked it so much that I went for a consultation right away and booked a date right away! Before surgery, when I watched YouTube, people said bruising after nose surgery was severe, the swelling was intense, and it hurt, so I was a little nervous wondering what it would be like for me.. But the ear where ear cartilage was used was so numb that I could barely tell anything had been done, and my nose did not hurt either! The swelling also went down faster than I expected, and I was really worried about bruising, but I had so little that I only realized there was bruising after the splint was removed and the director told me; A slightly yellow bruise..? Almost like skin color.. (I think it varies by person!) And if I had to mention what was inconvenient, it would be that I overdid it and slept sitting up, so I did not sleep well for a day or two, and I could not wash my hair..? That was a little uncomfortable lolol Seriously, that was all that was inconvenient.. But the most important thing is whether the nose turned out well!! My nose really does not look excessive, it is a nose shape that suits my face shape, and the things I worried about the most (eyes looking closer-set + change in impression + unnatural look) did not happen, so I feel like it turned out very natural, and I really like it! Also, I was a bit reluctant about putting in a nasal implant because I was worried it might look unnatural by showing through, or how should I put it, feel a bit precarious? Since there are probably people who think like me, here is some information.. They said it was a custom implant, and when you go for the consultation, they take images, and that helps them understand my bone structure. The implant is made to fit that, so they said it goes on like fitting a puzzle(?) When I lightly touch it, it kind of just feels like my own bone ㅇㅅㅇ Like there is no implant..? The price was a burden, but I am still satisfied.. haha This has been my 1-month review! I hope it helps those who are considering rhinoplasty!
