It’s been some time since my nose surgery, and I’m getting really self-conscious because my nose, especially when I smile or make facial expressions, increasingly looks like the middle is sunken in. I looked it up, and people said it seems like a case where saddle nose and an inverted-V deformity came together.... My skin has always been extremely thin, so I was told that if I get something like a spreader graft, it could actually show through, which also feels like a lot to deal with So I have no desire at all to make it higher or obsess over the line I’m most scared that if I remove all the materials currently inside, my nose might collapse even more... Has anyone had reconstruction surgery at ㅈㅇㅈ or ㅋㅂㅈ?....

I think I had surgery with L-shaped silicone using a closed approach, and ear cartilage or septal cartilage wasn't used either. I'm looking into removal because of the foreign-body sensation, implant show-through, and crooked nasal bridge.
