It’s been over 10 years since I had nose surgery (silicone, ear cartilage), and my nose has become really upturned Until now, I’ve just been ignoring it and living with it, but I’m starting to worry that the deformity might gradually get worse If the nose is upturned, is it possible to leave the silicone implant in the nose as it is and only project the nasal tip more???
