Nose Re-Surgery

Contracted nose after full removal due to inflammation (depression, indentation): please help with depression injections and nasal reconstruction

Please understand that I’m using polite speech because I’m asking in other places too. Hello. Less than a month after revision rhinoplasty, I developed severe inflammation. I really didn’t want to remove it, but after full removal of the implant, the areas of my nose that had been red from the inflammation became collapsed, and although my columella was originally short, it has become sunken in. For months now, I’ve been looking every single day, all day, at places that do revision rhinoplasty, places that do reconstruction, and reviews about contracted noses. From the revision surgery to the full removal surgery... at first, I cried like a crazy person. Even to my own eyes, my reflection in the mirror looks disgusting and so strange, so I kept wondering how it would look to other people. I cry several times a day, and even at work I absolutely never take off my mask and I don’t eat either. I really want to quit everything, resign from work, and just stay at home, but if I’m going to have revision surgery, I need money, so I have to work... It’s really ridiculous, but I talked only to GPT every day. Because I was keeping a possible revision surgery at the hospital in mind, I couldn’t even say anything negative to them. Even I think I’m such an idiot for that. Even if it wasn’t as severe as mine, I wanted to ask people who have experienced something like this: an inflamed nose, full removal, or contraction, so I’m posting this. At the hospital where I had the original surgery, they said to wait 6 months for now and then try stem cell injections in the sunken area. It has now been a little over a month since the removal. During this time, is it right to just take medication for contraction and wait, or should I start going now to hospitals that specialize somewhat in depression injections or stem cell injections? I’m planning to visit hospitals said to be well known for contracted nose reconstruction, but I don’t know whether it’s right to wait 5-6 months before going... ㄷㅎㄷ is definitely one of the places I’ll go for a consultation, and places I saw while searching around are ㅎㄴㅂㄹㅋㅋ If there are hospitals specializing in extreme nose cases, please let me know more..! The photos... I’ll delete them in a bit. They’re hard to look at.
