I think my closed rhinoplasty without implants failed.. What do you think?

The surgery I had was hump reduction + ear cartilage for the nasal tip (one and a half sides) + nasal tip cartilage tying. The most important points I emphasized before surgery were that the nasal bridge and tip should form a smooth straight line! And that the tip should become slimmer by tying the tip cartilage and trimming the ear cartilage thinly before placing it! Looking at the result, first, the full 90-degree side profile is okay enough, but there is still a slight step-off, and the hump.. the hump was trimmed twice, but I feel like it was not trimmed enough. I also feel like the ear cartilage in the nasal tip was inserted too bluntly.. It still has a cherry-tomato-like feel, and it is still too hard. It is still a bulbous nose, and from the front, it is a nose that no one would really see as pretty... I spent 5.5 million won on it... They said they would also remove some fat and soft tissue from the nasal tip while tying the nasal cartilage, but it is still a big, round bulbous nose, with no feeling that anything like cartilage tying was done... And especially from certain 45-degree angles, it is almost the ultimate in bumpiness..! There were many twists and turns... Setting all the other parts aside, I am thinking of taking the comments and evaluations from this post and bringing them up at my hospital follow-up check. Could you write in the comments what you think? They told me that if I am going to request aftercare/revision service, I should organize which parts I want to request and come in. Please give me some advice... What I had hoped for when getting surgery at this hospital was for my nasal tip to become slimmer, and for the nasal tip to lift while making the line from the bridge to the tip smooth.
