A long time ago, I had an L-shaped silicone implant, and I developed translucency and a shortened-looking nose. My nostrils are uneven too, and I even have symptoms of one side of my nose being blocked, so I’m looking into revision rhinoplasty. I thought about removing the silicone, but it feels like a waste to go back to my original nose... I considered costal cartilage too, but my nose isn’t on the small side, so I’m going to start by getting consultations at implant-free clinics. I looked at Jungwoo, Coviju, Hanabi, and Louvre. What do you think of these clinics?
