Before nose surgery, my overall facial impression looked a little tired, and there were certain areas I was especially concerned about, so I always felt something was lacking whenever I took photos or looked in the mirror. I started considering rhinoplasty using autologous costal cartilage because I wanted to improve those areas naturally. I found the plastic surgery clinic through online reviews, and I liked that the atmosphere seemed to value natural results rather than excessive changes, so I booked a consultation. During the consultation, they did not recommend unnecessary procedures and explained the direction that would suit my face, which made me trust them. I had my consultation and treatment with Director Kim Hyun-joo, and I was impressed by how she structurally explained why the areas I was concerned about created that kind of impression. Based on that, I decided to proceed with rhinitis surgery, bulbous nose correction, and short nose correction surgery, and I was told that the materials used would be autologous costal cartilage and silicone. From the consultation to deciding on surgery, everything was explained calmly and thoroughly, so I felt reassured. During the recovery process after rhinoplasty, the pain and discomfort subsided faster than I expected, and they gave me detailed guidance about my recovery progress, so I was able to get through it without anxiety. As time passed, it felt like my nose was gradually settling into place more naturally, and what I am most satisfied with is that my overall impression looks much softer and more refined. The overall change is not excessive, but the areas I wanted improved have clearly improved, so I am very satisfied.
