When I first inquired only about cheekbones, they explained using Photoshop and honestly told me that because my cheekbones are developed more to the sides, the effect might not be significant, so I trusted them. On top of that, since my square jaw bone is somewhat thick and the asymmetry is severe, I immediately asked about the square jaw too, but they left me on read. Seriously. It seems like they only answer when it’s something they can do, and I don’t know if they don’t reply when they think they can’t do it, but that’s how I got left on read.
