I had separate consultations with each director. The consultant seemed very determined not to lose the customer. What I personally felt throughout the consultation was that they seemed to talk while leaving out negative points. In terms of cost-effectiveness, it seems good, but since it’s my face being operated on, I’m a bit worried about doing it based on cost-effectiveness. It’s not that it’s bad or good, but it felt exactly like a large hospital. Personally, I liked the nose director (a woman) the most because she explained things appropriately and kindly.
