The director’s consultation was quite professional, and when I said I wanted the square jaw to show more effect from the front rather than the side, they said cortical bone shaving would be needed for that and clearly understood my needs. I asked whether it seemed okay not to shave the chin tip, and they said that while shorter chins are somewhat trendy these days, my chin was an appropriate length, so it seemed fine to leave the chin tip untouched. There was no overtreatment. The review photos shown by the clinic also looked naturally and prettily changed without an artificial before-and-after feeling.
