I went in for a consultation about revision nose surgery, and they explained things kindly and said autologous dermis could be used so surgery without implants was possible. But it seemed like a place that does not really perform many surgeries, so I passed. My mom and dad get filler and Botox there regularly and are satisfied. However, they do not seem to give much explanation about which filler or which Botox they use. It feels like a local plastic surgery clinic that does more procedures than surgeries.
