Jang Ik-soo Review

After getting a closed rhinoplasty on the nose tip at another clinic and ending up with a nose that looked worse than my original one, I went around for consultations a lot. The places where I wrote evaluation posts over that time were only a small fraction, and I think I visited 10 to 20 clinics. While going around for revision consultations, most doctors did not agree that my nose had become worse than my original nose, and said it was just the same. Among them, there were exactly two doctors who had a good eye and pointed out the problem that had developed at the nose tip, and the bridge also needed a very slight correction. One doctor said to place the thinnest silicone along the bridge, and Director Jang Ik-soo recommended fat grafting to the bridge. Fat grafting to the bridge was unfamiliar to me, and I worried the shape might not come out properly, so I agonized a lot. But other places just place round ear cartilage on the tip, while here they said they reconstruct it by carving it in the same wing shape as the original nose, so I ultimately chose this place. I was told that under lighting, the former case makes the nose shine roundly and look obvious. It was also important that in the former case, if the skin is thin and the ear cartilage shows through, it is noticeable, while in the latter case it is not. In the end, the fat grafting to the bridge that I had worried about is not spread out oddly, and it looks more natural than I expected, so I am satisfied. No matter how thin the silicone were, if I had used it, I think I would have been dissatisfied because my skin is thin, either because it showed through or because the contour was too obvious and looked unnatural. And I like a natural nose, so I mostly consulted at places like that and analyzed a lot of review photos. But most places that claimed to be natural looked, to me, only natural and not pretty.. Often I could barely see a change, or the nose was only made higher, not prettier. Here, my bulbous nose became naturally slimmer, and the pretty conditions my original nose had came back, so I am satisfied. For people having revision surgery, I recommend at least going for a consultation and getting assessed. And this place is recommended for people who do not want a completely new nose, but instead want only the current problems fixed and want to change to a natural, refined nose. I am finally free from stress, so I am grateful. I hope it stays well maintained from now on.
