The surgery was done with the expectation of improving the shape by adjusting the nasal cartilage without an implant, and hoping for a permanent effect with non-absorbable threads. However, the threads came out beside the nose, causing pain and persistent pus. I told the hospital and was examined, but after looking at the affected area, they said it had turned out well and that there was nothing wrong, and they sent me home without any further treatment. But the same problem continued, and scar tissue also formed inside the nose.
