When I was looking into surgery for a hump nose, I also got a consultation at Faceline Plastic Surgery~ I didn't want any implant inserted separately, and they explained that using ear cartilage would look natural! Since it's a famous clinic, the wait time was about an hour, and the consultation itself was about 5 minutes!
