Now that I’m at a certain age, I feel like it would be good for me to start doing elasticity care, so I’m looking into various places through apps, cafes, YouTube, and so on. But I heard this can also have side effects if you just get it done casually, and that there are treatments that suit each person, so rather than only searching online, I thought it would be better to go for consultations and hear the doctor’s opinion. I’m currently going around for consultations at places near my home with decent reviews, and this place has a variety of equipment and the cost isn’t on the high side, so it seems okay to try lightly. I’m watching it with interest.
