It was a little inconvenient that there weren’t many seats in the waiting area. Even though I had made a reservation, there was still a bit of a wait, which was disappointing. Still, the manager was really kind from start to finish, which helped me relax a lot, and she explained each question in detail, which made me trust her. The director spoke about my eyes with a very firm tone as soon as he saw them, which made me feel that he was very professional. But maybe because I didn’t ask many questions, the consultation with the director ended relatively quickly, and overall I think I spent more time with the manager.
