I went there after hearing it was conservative, but rather than a clinic that confidently says it can definitely do everything, I liked that they spoke realistically (it brought me back to my senses). They told me I would have to take into account that the nose would spread after silicone removal, and that the nasal tip would absolutely not turn out in the shape I wanted. As for the surgical method, after removing the silicone, if the nasal bridge is uneven or broad and flat, they would rasp it to smooth and refine it. For the nasal tip, they said they would reuse the septal support and remove the existing ear cartilage because it would need to be lowered T_T Rather than simply removing it, because I want to preserve the nasal tip, I think I need to visit several clinics for consultations. Looking at photos of removal reviews, the nose really looked spread out T_T If removal is your goal, I think they would do it safely and well..!
