I had it done together with nose surgery, and my lips are swollen so I'm wearing a compression band, and they put something in my nostrils, so I have to breathe only through my mouth, and this is really painful.. They said they shaved the tip area of the anterior chin and moved the middle part backward. Ah, and they said they raised my nose by 6 mm.. I don't know if it will look too obvious...
