Silicone 4 mm, also open approach here, and they said to do paranasal augmentation with Gore-Tex together. Here too, the nasal tip would use septal cartilage. So I asked this doctor, "Please take a look at how crooked my nose is~ Is it very crooked?" and they said that all gets corrected during nose surgery. At the place above, just correcting the crookedness adds 500,000 won! But after surgery, they showed me the nostril shape using something like metal shackles. And it looked like Lee Hwi-hyang The doctor seemed absolutely full of confidence, saying it would definitely look natural. I told both places that it absolutely had to be natural. But would silicone 3 mm and 4 mm look natural? Honestly, paranasal augmentation is tempting~ because it would definitely make my mouth look a bit more set back;; Actually, the place I'm leaning toward is ㅈ익ㅅ, but would it be okay to just go ahead after consulting only two places??
