Today is day 5 after surgery. I went to get my stitches removed, happily thinking, “I’m finally going to be free from the mask~~+_+_+_+_+_+”..ㅡㅜ They took the tape off my nose.. and were disinfecting it with cotton, but when they pressed, it hurt.. So I said it hurt, and they said, “Huh? It shouldn’t hurt at this point..?” Then they started squeezing and kneading here and there around my nose..ㅡㅠ It hurt.. a lot..ㅡㅠ Then they said the silicone had shifted slightly to the right and that they corrected it right away..// I;; didn’t even know the silicone had shifted-_-;;; Anyway, so they put the tape back on again.ㅡㅜ It hurt so much that I kept my eyes squeezed tightly shut;; I wear hard contact lenses, and my right lens had gotten lodged at the side of my eye-_-a I thought I was going to die trying to get it out in the bathroom,,;; Why is this happening???? Seriously.. I’m on my period, and I heard somewhere that menstruation is considered like inflammation;; Is that why this is happening..ㅡㅠ? Why is my recovery so slow;; I don’t have much swelling. I only have a little bruising.. Or I’m worried it might really be inflammation. I really don’t want to touch my face again. Plastic surgery is seriously so hard..ㅡㅠ Has anyone, like me, had tape kept on even after getting the stitches removed? I’m seriously worried that something might be wrongㅡㅜ Is time really the medicine? If I wait, will everything heal on its own... sigh...
