During the consultation, I said I wanted a natural look, and the director also seemed to pursue natural-looking results, so he didn’t recommend anything that felt like overtreatment and suggested only the procedures I really needed. After a good consultation, I went ahead with the surgery. I had the hump refined, bulbous nose correction, and the surgery was done without silicone, using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. I think it turned out really naturally, and I’m satisfied. It has only been 2 months so far …
