It’s been almost half a year since my nose surgery. The skin on my nasal tip is thick and rounded, so I want to additionally get just cartilage suturing. In this case, I’d probably need an open approach, right? Would the surgery cost be more expensive too? For my nose, ear cartilage was used, and I had closed surgery without any additional implants.
