13 years ago, I had a bulbous nose, and the nasal tip gradually became upturned, so I developed what they call contracture. After worrying about it for years, I finally made up my mind and had revision surgery, but maybe I emphasized only the lifted nasal tip too much. Still, I resent myself for explaining it only to this extent: not flashy, natural-looking, not pointy, with a rounded nasal tip, and without that stretched-out, projected-tip look. I did also show photos of the nose shape I did not want and the look I was aiming for, so I guess I thought they would know what I wanted. It has only been exactly one week now, so I know I look like an Avatar and that there is swelling. I do not care about that at all; it is because of the nasal tip line. Even the photo showing that stretched-out nasal tip look I hated…
