I had surgery for a deviated nasal septum about a year ago, and I ended up with a saddle nose I’m planning to have septal reconstruction/saddle nose surgery, but I don’t want silicone inserted and would like to do it with autologous costal cartilage or ear cartilage. Are there any places that are good at this, and about how much would it cost?
