I’m writing this for people considering full nose removal and early removal My original nose high nasal bridge, has a hump, slightly bulbous nose Operated nose hump rasping, 25 mm silicone, septal extension, bulbous nose correction; I was told it involved removing some skin I want removal within 2-3 weeks after surgery Reason for removal: the septal extension is extremely stiff. It seems like they raised the nasal tip by setting the septal cartilage up in the philtrum area that touches the columella, but I keep feeling pressure in the philtrum area.
