Nose Re-Surgery

If I get revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage, will I not be able to exercise?

Right now, because of inflammation from the silicone in my nose, I think removal is absolutely necessary, and if I get revision surgery, whether I only save the nasal tip or try to create a line, autologous costal cartilage is the only answer. But when I looked it up, they said that for several days after surgery you can't even move properly and can't exercise. But I like exercising, so I've been going to Pilates consistently. I wonder if I won't be able to do this at all. There’s no clear answer, and I’m really worried
