I had cosmetic surgery 7 weeks ago. My original nose had a dorsal hump as severe as a man’s. It was a slightly drooping nose, and after going to about 4 consultations, I found a plastic surgery clinic that said I didn’t need osteotomy, so I had surgery the very next day. Thinking about it now, I regret it so much. The surgical method was to raise the nasal tip with septal extension to match the dorsal hump, and fill the depressed areas with ear cartilage. But because they raised the nasal tip in a straight line to match the protruding dorsal hump, my nose became so, so, so short, and from the front my nostrils are completely visible.
