If revision rhinoplasty is needed, is it always better to remove the silicone? I’m wondering whether it wouldn’t be better to replace the silicone and get revision rhinoplasty. I’m looking into consultations for revision rhinoplasty, and if you like a more glamorous look, it seems like they almost always use silicone, but I don’t want to simply remove it
