When I’m tired, it swells and has tenderness, so I’m thinking of removing the silicone capsule or partially removing the autologous cartilage, but I’m scared that if I remove everything, the nose will liftㅠ For those who removed silicone while leaving something inside the nose like this, are there any of you who keep swelling, or who clearly have a problem like that but still have tenderness even after time passes and are thinking about total removal? I’m wondering whether I should remove everything even if I have to accept the possibility of the nose lifting. After all, even if only the autologous cartilage remains, there is thread in the area where that autologous cartilage was grafted. It’s a very small foreign material, but the external material, the thread, once again …
