I had nose surgery at a famous hospital, and because it was uncomfortable, I only had the nasal silicone implant removed. At the time, I left the capsule, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage as they were. But because I left the capsule behind, I think contracture is developing. My nose feels lifted and tight once in a while The nasal tip is still a bit hard too, and removing both the capsule and all the cartilage costs a lot. I don't want to go back to the hospital where I had the surgery. It seems like they don't have the ability to remove the capsule as well. So I've been searching on my own and looking into it.
