The line in the middle is a line I drew straight down through the middle of the eyebrows and the middle of the philtrum. My nasal tip is turned a lot, so I drew it to compare. It may look like the photo was taken slightly diagonally, but it’s frontal. I took it so both ears would be visible… When I’m by myself, I didn’t notice it well, but after taking a rear-camera photo and hearing every person who saw it say my nasal tip is turned, I got so stressed that I’m posting this. I had the nasal tip done with a columellar strut and septal extension, and I think the columellar strut was also done with septal cartilage. They only said they would do a columellar strut, and before surgery, they said they would use septal cartilage without using ear cartilage, but if it was insufficient, they could use it…
