Silicone 2.5 mm~3 mm is on the thin side, right? It’s a revision rhinoplasty, and my nose is small, there’s no extra skin, and even the bones are wide lol my nose is really as small as ginger. I want a natural-glam straight-to-slightly-curved line, so they said to place 2.5~3 mm and use donated costal cartilage. My nose is straight now, so to raise the nasal tip, they suggested that amount of silicone. Maybe because my skin is thin, there are a lot of limitations ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
