It has been one month since I had nose surgery with autologous costal cartilage, and it has become high like Pinocchio. Even people around me say my original nose was fine; it is way, way too high. I am becoming depressed too, and it is so hard, and every day feels like hell I want to go back to my natural nose, so please recommend a hospital that is good at this.
