I’m thinking of having nose surgery for the 3rd time, but why does it get blunt and the nasal tip droop as time passes? Is it hard for it to keep staying the same?ㅠㅠ Please recommend a hospital that’s good at doing a high, dramatic straight-to-curved line!! I used mesh in the nasal tip, and I wonder if that’s the problem. What should I use to raise it so it won’t droop and will last a long time? How is costal cartilage!
