My original nose is a really, really low and small nose. I’ve made up my mind to remove the silicone, but I’m debating whether to remove the nasal tip too or just lower it a little. Right now I have tenderness in both the nasal bridge and the nasal tip, and if I keep the nasal tip cartilage, will this tenderness stay the same? I need to go for a consultation, but if I’m being greedy, I want to lower it only a little ㅜ But then I also wonder if I’ll regret it later. Please help meㅜㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
