I'm writing this because I'm so scared. I previously had silicone with septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and 1 year ago I had only the silicone removed. My current state is that only the septal cartilage and ear cartilage remain in the nasal tip. There is something like a booger stuck inside the nostril wing, and when I blow my nose or put force into my nose, it comes out attached toward the nostril wing, but it doesn't fall off, and if I slightly sniff it in, it goes back inside. So I suspected that the ear cartilage above the nostril wing area might have pierced through the inner flesh of my nostril wing and come out into the inside of my nose. So I just didn't blow my nose and did nasal irrigation. After I did nasal irrigation, that booger-like thing fell...
