I didn’t like it, so on day 14 I had an early removal. I had open surgery with 1 mm silicone and ear cartilage in the nasal tip, but they removed only the silicone through a closed approach. I’m now at week 2, and it still throbs and hurts. The nasal tip became higher, but there isn’t a big change, and other people don’t really notice. But I can feel it. Somehow it feels like my midface has become shorter. When I look at removal reviews, the nasal tip does loosen and come down, so if it comes down, it’ll get a bit more natural and better, right
