Honestly, I was satisfied with the shape. But maybe because it was a large hospital, at 6 months the silicone looked like it was about to pierce through the nasal tip and come out, so I urgently had the silicone removed and even got a refund They said they would do the revision again, but my trust completely dropped, so I did all kinds of online research and clinic visits, and then got revision surgery from Director Lee Bang-seok at Cheoeumcheoreom Plastic Surgery. The reason I chose this hospital was that they specialize in revision surgery, and when I first had the consultation, this was the first hospital to tell me that my nasal bridge was originally prone to inflammation, so I immediately trusted the director and put down the deposit and scheduled the surgery date right away. (In reality, during my first surgery, inflammation developed in the nasal bridge and moved down to the nasal tip.) I proceeded without an implant, using ear cartilage only for the nasal tip, and I’m now at 2 weeks, and it turned out so well that I’m genuinely moved to the point of crying buckets, so I’m extremely satisfied Thank you, doctor The photos are after silicone removal as the before-surgery state, and after non-implant nasal tip surgery using ear cartilage
