I had ear cartilage for the nasal tip and autologous dermis for the nasal dorsum and bridge a year ago, and two months ago I had only the ear cartilage in the nasal tip removed. But I really regret not removing the autologous dermis. Because the autologous dermis looks wider than my original nose, my nose looks bigger and the balance is strange. When I touch it, it does not feel like much dermis remains on the nasal dorsum, but in terms of shape and overall, there is nothing that has improved compared with my original nose. Is autologous dermis originally like this? If I want to remove it, I think it would have to be removed through an open approach. 1 Is there any method like dermis injections or dissolving it, or any way to get rid of it other than open surgery? 23m taping or something like that...
