A year ago, I had septal extension and two layers of cartilage placed on a columellar strut, and I heard that if it’s removed, my nose will become upturned, so I’m worried I consulted at two of the three major places, and in case complete removal causes cosmetic dissatisfaction, I’m thinking about leaving the septal strut in place. I’d appreciate advice from anyone with experience.
