Um, first of all, I had my first nose surgery 2,076 days ago. I’ll skip all the talk about whether my face was originally pretty or handsome. When the splint came off, my face was really ruined. I never imagined that one nose could change someone’s impression this much. For those who have tried filler and were satisfied, I absolutely do not recommend osteotomy. I recommend that before getting rhinoplasty, you first study every single thing yourself, such as osteotomy, silicone, the nasal tip, whether it is a long nose or short nose, and so on, as well as how a pinched nose changes when the nasal tip cartilage is tied, along with each thing the doctor tells you on Google or Naver, etc…
