For correction of my bulbous nose, I had ear cartilage used to build a support strut and placed on the nasal tip, but the nasal tip became excessively high, so I am considering full removal. I also do not like that the nasal tip feels fixed in place when I smile. Once it gets to mid to late August, I am thinking of going around for consultations, but since I do not know removal clinics well, I have a lot of concerns. Even if I remove it, I do not want it to spread out and return to my old nose, and I would like it to stay somewhat slim.
