I'm curious. I was told that I don't need cartilage repositioning either, and that only the capsule around the nasal bridge silicone needs to be removed through a closed approach. If there are people who regretted the surgery or people whose surgery went well, or people who know reviews even if you didn't have it done yourself, please leave comments. People who are planning to do it too.
