Hello. This is my 8th year since rhinoplasty. I’m asking because I want to remove the silicone due to psychological anxiety. In my heart, I want to remove everything, including the nasal tip, but people around me have said the nose can collapse, so I want to remove only the silicone and just refine the nasal tip shape again. In this case, would there be no particular side effects after surgery? Thank you haha haha
